About Us.

The Fort Worth Regional Science & Engineering Fair, now in its 59th year, is an organization made up of community and business volunteers whose purpose is to focus attention on science and stimulate interest in students beyond class work. The Science Fair offers an opportunity to display meritorious scientific talent through exhibits, and to arouse the interest of the public in science abilities of students and teachers. Over 200 awards were presented at the 2009 Science Fair.
Any student from grades 6-12 in public, private, home school, or parochial school in the Fort Worth region may enter the fair. The region includes the counties of: Cooke, Denton, Erath, Hood, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Parker, Somervell, Tarrant and Wise.
